We’ve spent over a decade producing virtual events. Webcasts, webinars, online video broadcasts – you name it, we’ve produced and managed it for our clients.
CEO and Executive Communications
Top leaders of companies need to share updates and make company announcements to their employees working around the world. To ensure that all employees receive the same message at the same time, Worktank production teams webcast the events live. There are a number of benefits: it puts a “face” on the company's leadership; it reduces the amount of time executives need to travel; and it reduces the company’s carbon footprint.
For these events, Worktank builds a custom branded player page to house the video stream; provides registration services and custom email support; goes onsite to do video capture, encoding, and editing; moderates the event and audience Q&A; manages closed captioning; and provides attendee technical support.
Internal All-Hands Series
Large enterprise companies have huge internal groups with communication needs spanning sales orgs, product development teams, and HR. Internal all-hands events allow leaders to reach their worldwide teams in a cost-effective and efficient manner. For these clients, Worktank builds a custom branded player page to house the video stream; goes onsite to do video capture, encoding, and editing; moderates the event and audience Q&A; manages closed captioning; and provides attendee technical support. This custom player page can then be reused within an organization, increasing the ROI of the original investment and lowering subsequent virtual event costs.
Lead Generation
Worktank runs regular live events (also available on demand) that provide training and live interaction with our clients’ customers. We provide registration services, remote live event production, and ultimately deliver a highly-polished, HTML5-compatible replay environment with a built-in table of contents.
Product Demonstrations and Training
Product demonstration and training events often blend diverse sets of media, including pre-recorded video, live content, multiple presenters, hardware-intensive demos, slides, audience Q&A, and polling. As attendees can be dispersed around the globe, it’s critical that delivery platforms work across all operating systems and Internet browsers. One risk mitigation approach we recommend is to pre-record the presentation, ensuring the product demo is perfect, and then deliver the event as “pseudo-live,” allowing for real-time Q&A from the audience.
External Communications and Education
Worktank clients have vast and geographically dispersed member bases that they need to educate in a consistent, accessible manner. Worktank’s webinar solution supports audience numbers in the thousands, as well as audiences who are accessing events from a broad spectrum of software and connectivity environments. As well, enterprise companies, government organizations, and non-profits have compliance requirements around access for disabled attendees, which Worktank supports by offering live closed captions and by working with platforms that support screen readers for the visually impaired.
